The firm is majorly working in the state of Madhya Pradesh in various sectors like Residential, Institutional, Interiors, Townships, and Hospitality. KAIC Construction & Architecture is headed by principal Architect Anoop Talati who has 18 years of integrated working experience in Mumbai, Bhopal & Indore. KAIC is a multi-discipline company offering all aspects of construction design and design coordination.
PHILOSOPHY
On a daily basis, Institutional Building, residential buildings or restaurants, or be it anything that is a part of our life has been a huge investment. This way architecture is for sure a part of daily life that dates back to historic and prehistoric times. Likewise, the most important study of truths is philosophy. Now the bridge which connects both philosophies with architecture and designing is just that of inquiry and questioning. Without inquiry, one cannot get to know the truths, and to get ideas to build becomes harder.

Kalabimb has been established by Ar. Anoop Talati in 2010 after completing his B Arch from IPS Academy Indore in 2001. He used a tremendous amount of his time to get huge experiences in Architecture fields. A practice experience of about 15 year’s altogether. He has keen interest in Institutional buildings, Residential and hospitality.
